- Responsible for implementing recruitment plans and personnel training, ensuring quality as required and consistent with the strategy of company.
- Direct handling issues related to human resources.
- Handle and ensure that employees comply with policies, appropriate regulations and implement policies for employees.
- In charge of orientation process and training.
- Co-ordinate with the heads of departments in the evaluation of the results and performance of employees, as a basis for orientation of employee development training.
- Co-ordinate with other departments in the work related to the operation of the whole group when having a relationship on human resource management.
