JD : Finance Manager 财务经理
Work location: Long Giang Industrial Zone, Tien Giang
Job Purpose/工作目的:
- Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting department.
提供财务和会计部门的领导，指导和管理。
- Provide the strategic recommendation to the CEO & management team on financial related matters to support the company business plan to achieve the business goals.
向CEO和管理团队提供有关财务相关事宜的战略建议，以支持公司业务计划以实现业务目标。
Key Duties/主要职责:
- Develop and maintain guidance on finance and accounting policies and procedures
制定和维护财务和会计政策和程序的指导
- Be a right supportive to CEO and management team to produce the business performance report (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
正确地支持CEO和管理团队制作业务绩效报告（每月，每季度，每年）
- Manage the company financial performance in an effective and efficient way
以有效和高效的方式管理公司财务业绩
- Establish and maintain effective working relations with professional counterparts and external parties to support the company in identifying new business opportunities
与专业对口方和外部方建立并保持有效的工作关系，以支持公司发现新的商机
- Be involved in negotiation process with the brand about trade term
参与与品牌有关贸易术语的谈判过程
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company’s risk profile

- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company
监控涉及公司的所有公开法律问题
- Construct and monitor reliable control systems
构建和监控可靠的控制系统
- Ensure that the company complies meet all legal and regulatory requirements; record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government authorities.
确保公司符合所有法律和监管要求;记录保存符合审计员和政府机构的要求。
Qualifications and Education Requirements
资格和学历要求
- At least 5 years experiences at the same position in manufacturing industry.
至少5年在贸易和制造业同一职位的经历。
- Age of 30 +, female priority
年龄30岁以上，女性优先
- Be proficient in following financial policies
精通以下财务政策
Professional Skill/专业技术:
BA degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Audit or related field, Master degree is preferred;
会计，财务，审计或相关领域本科或以上学历，硕士学位优先;
Extensive knowledge in business, finance, marketing, human resource management;
丰富的商业，金融，营销，人力资源管理知识;
SAP and/ or ERP executive/ deployment experiences
SAP和/或ERP执行/部署经验
